1. Order Processing

  • All order processing and coordination are carried out from Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.

  • Orders are dispatched within 6–7 working days after full payment confirmation.


2. Logistics Services

  • Goods are shipped via trusted third-party logistics providers.

  • The choice of logistics depends on region and product volume/type.


3. Shipping from Company to Super Stockist

  • Shipping from Xllent Retailers to the Super Stockist’s location is fully covered by the company.

  • No additional shipping charges are applicable for this stage.


4. Shipping Beyond Super Stockist

  • The responsibility for onward shipping from the Super Stockist to Distributors or Retailers lies with the Super Stockist.

  • The shipping cost for this segment is borne by the Super Stockist.


5. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery times may vary due to regional conditions, weather, transport availability, or public holidays.

  • Xllent Retailers is not liable for any delays caused by third-party logistics partners.


6. Delivery Confirmation

  • Upon receiving the goods, the Super Stockist must inspect the shipment and provide delivery confirmation.

  • A Delivery Challan or Proof of Delivery (POD) must be submitted to the company.


7. Shortage, Damage, or Incorrect Items

  • Any issues such as shortages, damages, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Complaints must include:

    • Photographs or videos of the concerned product(s)

    • Batch number and invoice reference


8. Remote or Delayed Locations

  • If the delivery location is extremely remote, the company may coordinate alternative transportation in consultation with the Super Stockist.


9. Force Majeure

  • Xllent Retailers is not liable for shipping delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or any other unforeseen events beyond its control.
