1. Secure Payment Modes

All payments to Xllent Retailers must be made through authorized and traceable channels only:

  • Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)

  • UPI (such as Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)

  • Crossed Cheque (subject to clearance)

Cash payments are not accepted unless pre-approved in writing by the company management.


2. Payment Confirmation

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received and verified.

  • The company shares official receipts or invoices as confirmation for every transaction.


3. Proof of Transaction

  • All clients must retain the proof of payment (UTR number, screenshot, bank receipt) until the order is successfully delivered.

  • In case of disputes, this proof will be required for resolution.


4. Company Bank Details

Xllent Retailers’ official bank details are shared only via company letterhead or authorized communication channels. Never make payments to third-party accounts.


5. Fraud Prevention

The company is not liable for any payment made to unauthorized persons, agents, or personal accounts. To ensure protection:

  • Always verify account details directly with the company

  • Report any suspicious communication immediately


6. Refunds

If a refund is required for any reason (e.g., order cancellation, deposit refund), it will only be processed to the original bank account.


7. Non-Payment or Delays

Repeated payment delays, bounced cheques, or non-clearance of dues may lead to:

  • Order cancellation

  • Suspension of supply

  • Termination of business agreement
